BOB LUMAN - HONKY TONK MAN RELEASED BY COUNTRY REWIND RECORDS

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 1, 2021) -- Bob Luman - Honky Tonk Man has been released to retail and digital music platforms today by Country Rewind Records, who has established a well-known tradition of bringing unreleased traditional country music into the contemporary country era. Bob Luman possessed a matchless voice that was instantly recognizable, a melting-pot of country, rockabilly and western swing with just a little pinch of doo-wop. The music was updated at the Clubhouse Recording Studio, Hendersonville, TN, produced by Paul Martin with vocals added by Luman’s daughter, Melissa Luman. Mastering was provided by engineer Mick Conley and Nashville’s award-winning industry giants, Buddy Cannon and Steve Wariner also contributed to the project, bringing them full circle as Cannon first earned his Nashville musical stripes in the early 70's as the bass player in Grand Ole Opry star Bob Luman's band and Wariner toured with Bob Luman after he cut some of Wariner's songs.
